This year, Seren Ennor is holding their first conference on authors whose works are connected to the topic of "Tolkien's Middle-earth". We will present various international who wrote about very different aspects.

Our first artist-centered gathering
The greatest Middle-earth artsits - Part 1
This year, Seryn Ennor will be hosting its first conference centered on art and artists associated with "Tolkien's Middle-earth". We present significant early artists whose works were created between 1960 and 1990, a period well before the movies.
The following artsits have agreed to take part:
Roger Garland - England's first illustartor of Tolkien books
"after Tolkien"
Linda Garland - Illustrator of various books on the topic of Middle-earth
Philippe Munch - France's first illustrator of"Le Seigneur
des Anneaux"
Cor Blok - First Dutch illustartor of "In de ban
van de ring"
Angelo Montanini - Leading Middle-earth illustartor of Italy
Poul Dohle - New face from Germany in the Middle-earth community
The conference is being held from 19th - 21st June 2015 in Jenins .

Inaugural meeting : 6th and 7th September 2014
The members of Seryn Ennor will meet for the first time on the weekend of 6th and 7th September 2014 in Jenins (Graubünden ) in the grounds of Bernd Greisinger (where the Greisinger Museum is also located) . The meeting has several objectives :
a) Presenting the Committee and the clubhouse in Jenins
b) Establishment of local groups (smials) and determine smial organizers
c) Lectures, presentations and workshops
d) Friendship, conversation and mutual understanding
Saturday, September 6th, 2014
10:00 to 12:00 : Welcome and opening by the Committee ; Information, ideas , plans , organization of the society
12:00 Lunch
14:00. to 19:00 : lectures, presentations , workshops (in various languages )
In the afternoon, cake and drinks will be offered ( afternoon snack )

21:00 - open end : Social gathering

Every participant is responsible for his per her own accommodation (there are plenty of opportunities in the area). To participate in Saturday meals (lunch, afternoon snack , dinner) a fee of 40 CHF is due (CHF 25 for children under 12) .
Non-alcoholic drinks (mineral water , soft drinks , coffee , tea, etc. ) and alcoholic drinks will be provided inexpensively . Participants may also bring their own food and drinks.
